DELIVERY
Once payment has cleared we aim to process all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). All goods will be sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail. All goods delivered MUST be signed for, therefore please ensure you are available to sign for the goods. If you are not in when Royal Mail tries to deliver, they will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your goods. You must collect the goods or a re-delivery charge will be required.

It is your responsibility to check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage and contact us immediately should there be any problems.
DELAYS
Occasionally, the dispatch of your order may be delayed which is out of our control, this can be for various reasons such as postal strikes, bank holidays, security checks, extreme weather conditions, etc. We will keep you informed of any such problems. We will not be liable for any losses, costs or expenses caused by any such delay in the delivery of your goods.
