The following TERMS & CONDITIONS apply to all orders which are processed with Amanda's of York either online or by telephone and form part of the contract between us.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the goods or services supplied should be made to the address below. All complaints should be responded to within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

ACCURACY OF CONTENT
Amanda's of York have taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website. While we try and ensure all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typing error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we will not process your order and will notify you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed with order or cancel. Revised orders will only be processed on your authority.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. If the goods you have selected are not available at the time of placing your order, you will be notified by email and the orders will be cancelled and any payment already made will be refunded in full.
PAYMENT
Payment of goods must be received before dispatch. All orders must be paid for in GB Pounds Sterling by credit card, charge card or debit card via our secure server. We do not accept cheques, postal orders, cash on delivery, bank transfers or payment by email.
OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS
If a payment address cannot be verified with the card issuer, then we will have no option but to cancel the order. To prevent this happening, please ensure that the correct details are entered into the payment system. Always use the billing address which appears on your statement. If an address is not verified or we suspect that you are not the rightful owner of the card, we will cancel the order and credit you immediately.
CANCELLATION RIGHTS
Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 ('The Distance Selling Regulations') you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the receipt of your goods.This cancellation must be made in writing (preferalby by e-mail).

Our VAT registration number is: 686 7418 81. All prices quoted include the standard VAT rate.
LAW, JURISDICTION & LANGUAGE
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
